Thank you to the owners for a fantastic stay in Sweet Briars. This is one of the (if not the) nicest cottages we have stayed in (a group of 7 adults). My 2 dogs came along too and were more than happy with all the stunning countryside walks. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. On arrival, there was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar and that day's newspaper. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. All the bedrooms were delightful and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. No one wanted to leave and all would definitely return. I will be recommending this beautiful home to everyone!!
Janet RDidn't want to go home!
Our holiday was so good. We all felt comfortable as soon as we got here. Sweet Briars is a beautifully kept property in a great location that's so easy to get to. There's a lot of space to enjoy both inside and outside. And I have to say, though, the garden really is amazing! This holiday gave us a chance to relax, escape, forget about 'things' for a while and discover new places. There was one problem. We didn't get a chance to do everything we wanted to. So I am sure we will be back! Thank you ever so much, John.
John ProcterWe had a lovely time!
Getting the keys to enter was as simple as opening a locked box, the code was given to us before departure. A handy welcome pack was provided and the free WiFi was a wonderful bonus. The house is set in what can only be described as idyllic countryside. It's quiet, peaceful, and there's little to no chance of being disturbed by neighbours. The house itself is a blend of old and new, with a mixture in heights of ceilings and doorways. This mixture did prove to be challenging to the taller members of my party, however, they quickly adapted. Overall, where the house was situated made it great for reaching different places on the island, plus it is was only a stone's throw away from the coast and some stunning scenery.
SwissHopeLight, spacious and the owners were very helpful when we needed something!
